LCN Sep 2016

The September edition of LCN is here!

There’s a lot going on in hospitality at present, not least the buzz around the forthcoming Hospitality Exchange event at the Ramada Plaza in Belfast – look out for a copy of the official programme for the event inside your delivered copy of LCN this month.
And elsewhere in another busy edition, we’ve been to Holywood for a quick look around Noble, a bijou little eatery that’s just been opened by former Deane’s pair, Saul McConnell and Pearson Morris.
Down in Derry/Londonderry, Keith Friel has been showing us around his latest venture, a roomy coffee shop and bistro at the burgeoning Ebrington Square development and as part of our ‘Conception to Completion’ feature in this edition, we’ll give you a first glimpse inside Cuffs, a cosy new restaurant inside Crumlin Road gaol that’s open to visitors and the general public.
Fourth generation Argentine winemaker, Alberto Arizu has been talking to LCN this month during his first visit to NI and we’ve been assessing the fairly frosty welcome that Belfast traders have given to plans to charge them for siting tables and chairs outside their premises.
Add to all that our familiar mix of news, interviews, advice and picture coverage and you’ll find there’s plenty to enjoy in this latest edition of LCN.
